Neo Erasmio (Greek: το Νέο Εράσμιο) (Erasmiou Local Community), belongs to TOPEIROU Municipality, XANTHIS Regional Unity located in Eastern Macedonia - Thrace region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “to Neon Erasmion”. The seat of the municipality is Evlalo and belongs to the geographical region of Thrace.

During the former administrative division of Greece (“Kapodistrias” project) and until 2010, Neo Erasmio belonged to Erasmiou Local District, the former municipality of TOPEIROU the prefecture of XANTHIS.
