Amfipoli (Greek: η Αμφίπολη) (Amfipoleos Local Community - AMFIPOLIS Municipal Section), belongs to AMFIPOLIS Municipality, SERRON Regional Unity located in Central Macedonia region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “i Amfipolis”. The seat of the municipality is Rodolivos and belongs to the geographical region of Macedonia.

During the former administrative division of Greece (“Kapodistrias” project) and until 2010, Amfipoli belonged to Amfipoleos Local District, the former municipality of AMFIPOLIS the prefecture of SERRON.
