Arachova (Greek: η Αράχοβα) (Arachovis Municipal Community - ARACHOVIS Municipal Section), belongs to DISTOMOU - ARACHOVAS - ANTIKYRAS Municipality, VOIOTIAS Regional Unity located in Sterea Ellada region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “i Arachova”. The seat of the municipality is Distomo and belongs to the geographical region of Central Greece.

During the former administrative division of Greece (“Kapodistrias” project) and until 2010, Arachova belonged to Arachovis Local District, the former municipality of ARACHOVIS the prefecture of VOIOTIAS.
