Asteri (Greek: το Αστέρι) (Lygerea Local Community - GYTHEIOU Municipal Section), belongs to ANATOLIKIS MANIS Municipality, LAKONIAS Regional Unity located in Peloponnisos region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “to Asterion”. The seat of the municipality is Gytheio and belongs to the geographical region of Peloponnesus.
