Fteri (Greek: η Φτέρη) (Milias (Kato Mileas) Local Community - PETRAS Municipal Section), belongs to KATERINIS Municipality, PIERIAS Regional Unity located in Central Macedonia region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “i Fteri”. The seat of the municipality is Katerini and belongs to the geographical region of Macedonia.

During the former administrative division of Greece (“Kapodistrias” project) and until 2010, Fteri belonged to Milias (Kato Mileas) Local District, the former municipality of PETRAS the prefecture of PIERIAS.
