Goulas (Greek: ο Γουλάς) (Dafnoulas Local Community - PAMVOTIDOS Municipal Section), belongs to IOANNITON Municipality, IOANNINON Regional Unity located in Epirus region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.
