Kato Vermio (Greek: το Κάτω Βέρμιο) (Kato Vermiou Local Community - VEROIAS Municipal Section), belongs to VEROIAS Municipality, IMATHIAS Regional Unity located in Central Macedonia region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “to Kato Vermion”. The seat of the municipality is Veroia and belongs to the geographical region of Macedonia.

During the former administrative division of Greece (“Kapodistrias” project) and until 2010, Kato Vermio belonged to Kato Vermiou Local District, the former municipality of VEROIAS the prefecture of IMATHIAS.
