Leptokarya (Greek: η Λεπτοκαρυά) (Anthofytou Local Community - PYLLINIS Municipal Section), belongs to NAFPAKTIAS Municipality, AITOLOAKARNANIAS Regional Unity located in Western Greece region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.
