Palaiokastro (Greek: το Παλαιόκαστρο) (Palaiokastrou Local Community - SKOTOUSSIS Municipal Section), belongs to IRAKLEIAS Municipality, SERRON Regional Unity located in Central Macedonia region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “to Palaiokastron”. The seat of the municipality is Irakleia and belongs to the geographical region of Macedonia.
