Xechasmeni (Greek: η Ξεχασμένη) (Xechasmenis Local Community - ANTIGONIDON Municipal Section), belongs to ALEXANDREIAS Municipality, IMATHIAS Regional Unity located in Central Macedonia region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “i Xechasmeni”. The seat of the municipality is Alexandreia and belongs to the geographical region of Macedonia.

During the former administrative division of Greece (“Kapodistrias” project) and until 2010, Xechasmeni belonged to Xechasmenis Local District, the former municipality of ANTIGONIDON the prefecture of IMATHIAS.
