Ano Meria (Greek: η Άνω Μεριά) (Ano Merias Local Community), belongs to FOLEGANDROU Municipality, THIRAS Regional Unity located in South Aegean region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “i Ano Meria”. The seat of the municipality is Folegandros and belongs to the geographical region of Aegean Islands.
