Chalkiades (Greek: οι Χαλκιάδες) (Chalkiadon Local Community - FILOTHEIS Municipal Section), belongs to ARTAION Municipality, ARTAS Regional Unity located in Epirus region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “oi Chalkiades”. The seat of the municipality is Arta and belongs to the geographical region of Epirus.

During the former administrative division of Greece (“Kapodistrias” project) and until 2010, Chalkiades belonged to Chalkiadon Local District, the former municipality of FILOTHEIS the prefecture of ARTIS.
