Vissani (Greek: η Βήσσανη) (Vissanis Local Community - DELVINAKIOU Municipal Section), belongs to POGONIOU Municipality, IOANNINON Regional Unity located in Epirus region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.
