Ligortynos (Greek: η Λιγόρτυνος) (Ligortynou Local Community - ASTEROUSION Municipal Section) belongs to ARCHANON - ASTEROUSION Municipality, IRAKLEIOU Regional Unity located in Crete region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “i Ligortynos”. The seat of the municipality is Peza and belongs to the geographical region of Crete.
