Dokos (Greek: η Δοκός) (Dokou Local Community - FILLYRAS Municipal Section), belongs to ARRIANON Municipality, RODOPIS Regional Unity located in Eastern Macedonia - Thrace region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “i Dokos”. The seat of the municipality is Filyra and belongs to the geographical region of Thrace.

During the former administrative division of Greece (“Kapodistrias” project) and until 2010, Dokos belonged to Dokos (the former community of Fillyras) Local District, the former municipality of FILLYRAS the prefecture of RODOPIS.
