Adriani (Greek: η Αδριανή) (Adrianis Local Community - NIKIFOROU Municipal Section), belongs to PARANESTIOU Municipality, DRAMAS Regional Unity located in Eastern Macedonia - Thrace region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.
