Akropotamos (Greek: ο Ακροπόταμος) (Prochomatos Municipal Community - KOUFALION Municipal Section), belongs to CHALKIDONOS Municipality, THESSALONIKIS Regional Unity located in Central Macedonia region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.
