Amarynthos (Greek: η Αμάρυνθος) (Amarynthou Municipal Community - AMARYNTHION Municipal Section), belongs to ERETRIAS Municipality, EVVOIAS Regional Unity located in Sterea Ellada region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “i Amarynthos”. The seat of the municipality is Eretria and belongs to the geographical region of Central Greece.
