Amfithea (Greek: η Αμφιθέα) (Amfitheas Local Community - DIRFYON Municipal Section), belongs to DIRFYON - MESSAPION Municipality, EVVOIAS Regional Unity located in Sterea Ellada region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “i Amfithea”. The seat of the municipality is Psachna and belongs to the geographical region of Central Greece.

During the former administrative division of Greece (“Kapodistrias” project) and until 2010, Amfithea belonged to Amfitheas Local District, the former municipality of DIRFYON the prefecture of EVVOIAS.
