Anchialos (Greek: η Αγχίαλος) (Anchialou Local Community - AGIOU ATHANASIOU Municipal Section), belongs to CHALKIDONOS Municipality, THESSALONIKIS Regional Unity located in Central Macedonia region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “i Anchialos”. The seat of the municipality is Koufalia and belongs to the geographical region of Macedonia.
