Ano Kefalari (Greek: το Άνω Κεφαλάρι) (Kefalariou Local Community - DOXATOU Municipal Section), belongs to DOXATOU Municipality, DRAMAS Regional Unity located in Eastern Macedonia - Thrace region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.
