Antipsara (islet) (Greek: τα Αντίψαρα) belongs to PSARON Municipality, CHIOU Regional Unity located in North Aegean region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.
Its official name is “ta Antipsara”. The seat of the municipality is Psara and belongs to the geographical region of Aegean Islands.
During the former administrative division of Greece (“Kapodistrias” project) and until 2010, Antipsara belonged to Psaron Local District, the former municipality of PSARON the prefecture of CHIOU.
