Eleftherna (Greek: η Ελεύθερνα) (Elefthernis Local Community - ARKADIOU Municipal Section), belongs to RETHYMNIS Municipality, RETHYMNOU Regional Unity located in Crete region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.
