Frathias (Greek: ο Φραθιάς) (Agiou Antoniou Local Community - NEAPOLIS Municipal Section) belongs to AGIOU NIKOLAOU Municipality, LASITHIOU Regional Unity located in Crete region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.
