Geriko (Greek: το Γέρικο) (Mikrou Dereiou Municipal Community - ORFEA Municipal Section), belongs to SOUFLIOU Municipality, EVROU Regional Unity located in Eastern Macedonia - Thrace region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.
