Gypsochori (Greek: το Γυψοχώρι) (Trifylliou Local Community - MEGALOU ALEXANDROU Municipal Section), belongs to PELLAS Municipality, PELLAS Regional Unity located in Central Macedonia region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “to Gypsochorion”. The seat of the municipality is Giannitsa and belongs to the geographical region of Macedonia.
