Imeros (Greek: ο Ίμερος) (Imerou Local Community - MARONEIAS Municipal Section), belongs to MARONEIAS - SAPON Municipality, RODOPIS Regional Unity located in Eastern Macedonia - Thrace region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “o Imeros”. The seat of the municipality is Sapes and belongs to the geographical region of Thrace.
