Kallithea (Greek: η Καλλιθέα) (Kakodikiou Local Community - KANTANOU (KANDANOU) Municipal Section), belongs to KANTANOU - SELINOU Municipality, CHANION Regional Unity located in Crete region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “i Kallithea”. The seat of the municipality is Palaiochora and belongs to the geographical region of Crete.

During the former administrative division of Greece (“Kapodistrias” project) and until 2010, Kallithea belonged to Kakodikiou Local District, the former municipality of KANTANOU (KANDANOU) the prefecture of CHANION.
