Kaloutas (Greek: ο Καλουτάς) (Kalouta Local Community - KENTRIKOU ZAGORIOU Municipal Section), belongs to ZAGORIOU Municipality, IOANNINON Regional Unity located in Epirus region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.
