Kaminaki (Greek: το Καμινάκι) (Kaminakiou Local Community) belongs to OROPEDIOU LASITHIOU Municipality, LASITHIOU Regional Unity located in Crete region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “to Kaminakion”. The seat of the municipality is Tzermiado and belongs to the geographical region of Crete.

During the former administrative division of Greece (“Kapodistrias” project) and until 2010, Kaminaki belonged to Kaminakiou Local District, the former municipality of OROPEDIOU LASITHIOU the prefecture of LASITHIOU.
