Karioti (Greek: το Καριώτι) (Kariotiou Local Community - PARAMYTHIAS Municipal Section), belongs to SOULIOU Municipality, THESPROTIAS Regional Unity located in Epirus region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.
