Kato Potamia (Greek: η Κάτω Ποταμιά) (Leipsydriou Local Community - KILKIS Municipal Section), belongs to KILKIS Municipality, KILKIS Regional Unity located in Central Macedonia region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “i Kato Potamia”. The seat of the municipality is Kilkis and belongs to the geographical region of Macedonia.
