Kato Saktouria (Greek: τα Κάτω Σακτούρια) (Saktourion Local Community - LAMPIS Municipal Section), belongs to AGIOU VASILEIOU Municipality, RETHYMNOU Regional Unity located in Crete region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “ta Kato Saktouria”. The seat of the municipality is Spili and belongs to the geographical region of Crete.
