Koinyra (islet) (Greek: η Κοίνυρα) (Theologou Municipal Community), belongs to THASOU Municipality, KAVALAS Regional Unity located in Eastern Macedonia - Thrace region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.
Its official name is “i Koinyra”. The seat of the municipality is Thasos and belongs to the geographical region of Macedonia.
