Its official name is “i Koryfi”. The seat of the municipality is Pyli and belongs to the geographical region of Thessalia.
During the former administrative division of Greece (“Kapodistrias” project) and until 2010, Koryfi belonged to Koryfis Local District, the former community of NERAIDAS the prefecture of TRIKALON.
