Kotino (Greek: το Κότινο) (Mykis Municipal Community - MYKIS Municipal Section), belongs to MYKIS Municipality, XANTHIS Regional Unity located in Eastern Macedonia - Thrace region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “to Kotinon”. The seat of the municipality is Sminthi and belongs to the geographical region of Thrace.
