Kotroni (Greek: το Κοτρώνι) (Minthis Local Community - ZACHAROS Municipal Section), belongs to ZACHAROS Municipality, ILEIAS Regional Unity located in Western Greece region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “to Kotronion”. The seat of the municipality is Zacharo and belongs to the geographical region of Peloponnesus.

During the former administrative division of Greece (“Kapodistrias” project) and until 2010, Kotroni belonged to Minthis Local District, the former municipality of ZACHAROS the prefecture of ILEIAS.
