Koukoulioi (Greek: οι Κουκουλιοί) (Koukoulion Local Community - SOULIOU Municipal Section), belongs to SOULIOU Municipality, THESPROTIAS Regional Unity located in Epirus region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.
