Koutselio (Greek: το Κουτσελιό) (Koutseliou Local Community - PAMVOTIDOS Municipal Section), belongs to IOANNITON Municipality, IOANNINON Regional Unity located in Epirus region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.
