Krania (Greek: η Κρανιά) (Kraneas Local Community - KATO OLYMPOU Municipal Section), belongs to TEMPON Municipality, LARISAS Regional Unity located in Thessalia region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “i Kranea”. The seat of the municipality is Makrychori and belongs to the geographical region of Thessalia.
