Kranochori (Greek: το Κρανοχώρι) (Pteleas Local Community - NESTORIOU Municipal Section), belongs to NESTORIOU Municipality, KASTORIAS Regional Unity located in Western Macedonia region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.
