Leptinio (Greek: το Λεπτίνιο) (Leptiniou Local Community - FALAISIAS Municipal Section), belongs to MEGALOPOLIS Municipality, ARKADIAS Regional Unity located in Peloponnisos region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “to Leptinion”. The seat of the municipality is Megalopoli and belongs to the geographical region of Peloponnesus.

During the former administrative division of Greece (“Kapodistrias” project) and until 2010, Leptinio belonged to Leptiniou Local District, the former municipality of FALAISIAS the prefecture of ARKADIAS.
