Leptokarya (Greek: η Λεπτοκαρυά) (Aisymis Local Community - ALEXANDROUPOLIS Municipal Section), belongs to ALEXANDROUPOLIS Municipality, EVROU Regional Unity located in Eastern Macedonia - Thrace region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.
