Makra (islet)
Makra (islet) (Greek: η Μακρά) belongs to ANAFIS Municipality, THIRAS Regional Unity located in South Aegean region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.
Its official name is “i Makra”. The seat of the municipality is Anafi and belongs to the geographical region of Aegean Islands.
During the former administrative division of Greece (“Kapodistrias” project) and until 2010, Makra belonged to Anafis Local District, the former community of ANAFIS the prefecture of KYKLADON.
