Makrinara (Greek: η Μακρινάρα) (Gouvon Local Community - ELOUS Municipal Section), belongs to EVROTA Municipality, LAKONIAS Regional Unity located in Peloponnisos region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “i Makrinara”. The seat of the municipality is Skala and belongs to the geographical region of Peloponnesus.

During the former administrative division of Greece (“Kapodistrias” project) and until 2010, Makrinara belonged to Gouvon Local District, the former municipality of ELOUS the prefecture of LAKONIAS.
