Margarites (Greek: οι Μαργαρίτες) (Manolaton Local Community - VATHEOS Municipal Section), belongs to SAMOU Municipality, SAMOU Regional Unity located in North Aegean region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “oi Margarites”. The seat of the municipality is Samos and belongs to the geographical region of Aegean Islands.

During the former administrative division of Greece (“Kapodistrias” project) and until 2010, Margarites belonged to Manolaton Local District, the former municipality of VATHEOS the prefecture of SAMOU.
