Megalo Pisto (Greek: το Μεγάλο Πιστό) (Mega Pistou Local Community - SOSTOU Municipal Section), belongs to IASMOU Municipality, RODOPIS Regional Unity located in Eastern Macedonia - Thrace region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.
