Melissio (Greek: το Μελίσσιο) (Agiou Georgiou Local Community), belongs to VOREIAS KYNOURIAS Municipality, ARKADIAS Regional Unity located in Peloponnisos region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “to Melission”. The seat of the municipality is Astros and belongs to the geographical region of Peloponnesus.

During the former administrative division of Greece (“Kapodistrias” project) and until 2010, Melissio belonged to Agiou Georgiou Local District, the former municipality of VOREIAS KYNOURIAS the prefecture of ARKADIAS.
