Mesia
Mesia (Greek: η Μεσιά) (Mesias Local Community - EVROPOU Municipal Section), belongs to PAIONIAS Municipality, KILKIS Regional Unity located in Central Macedonia region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.
Its official name is “i Mesia”. The seat of the municipality is Polykastro and belongs to the geographical region of Macedonia.
During the former administrative division of Greece (“Kapodistrias” project) and until 2010, Mesia belonged to Mesias Local District, the former municipality of EVROPOU the prefecture of KILKIS.
