Nea Sampsous (Greek: η Νέα Σαμψούς) (Neas Sampsountos Local Community - ZALONGOU Municipal Section), belongs to PREVEZAS Municipality, PREVEZAS Regional Unity located in Epirus region, according to the administrative division of Greece as altered by “Kallikratis” project.

Its official name is “i Nea Sampsous”. The seat of the municipality is Preveza and belongs to the geographical region of Epirus.

During the former administrative division of Greece (“Kapodistrias” project) and until 2010, Nea Sampsous belonged to Neas Sampsountos Local District, the former municipality of ZALONGOU the prefecture of PREVEZIS.
